I am the real estate professional for you and everyone you know…..well if you tell them about me anyway. :-)

So let me tell you my life story, in just two paragraphs, and hopefully one day I can hear yours. 

I was born in Akron, Ohio but that is as far as Ohio goes, my parents moved to Wellington, Florida in 1977 when I was 2 years old. After high school, I started working in the stone installation family business, I worked in the field for 18 years doing hands on advanced fabrication and installations in the most Luxurious mansions on Palm Beach and Jupiter Island. I moved into estimating and Project management within the family business for a number of years before pursuing a great interest mine and my wife, of a new concept healthy eating type of quick service restaurant. The first restaurant was in Jupiter and the second was opened 4 years later in Boca. While we had great interest in people wanting to franchise our concept, the margins were just not well enough being a mostly organic establishment for us to make great profit and the restaurants were closed. After the restaurants, I went back into the stone industry opening my own shop. I quickly rose to the top of the field as several Luxury general contractors such as Hedrick Brothers and Rogers General Contracting knew of my previous dedication, knowledge and work ethic. I was awarded several million dollar contracts my first year and we expanded quickly. We went from a 3,000 sq ft space to 12,000 in a year, I was flying to Italy to source stone for our projects BUT there was a reason I got out of the stone industry to begin with, I was just burned out. I decided to close the business and pursue what I have always wanted to do which is remodel, flip and sell real estate. 

I am guessing you may have had a bad realtor or two in your life. I have had several but didn’t know what I didn’t know. Now being in the real estate industry, I realize even more what sets myself apart from the rest, it is the same as what I did in my past ventures…great communication, impeccable eye for detail and going all out to make my clients feel their best because they know they are getting the best service possible. I can offer you great contractors at your price point to either fix up your place to sell or to do renovations after your purchase. I will even help supervise the work to make sure you are being taken care of, and the contractors are doing the work properly.
